You run Virtual Box, and there’s a mode in it like full screen, that loads the task bar down the bottom and makes the desktop and icons etc transparent, so that you can see access your linux stuff at the same time without having to run Virtual Box full screen. Then you just uses Wine, to run windows games as well. Only game that want work under the Compiz is Steam applications.
