    @squeakyfromme69 some windows VSTs work you’ll have to google on how to make it work .. I can’t remember anymore.

    @RyanScfc1 What people don’t seem to understand is that NOONE is comparing this to FL, the thing is that LMMS is free that’s all. It’s very stupid to say FL is better.

    A kernel is just the background operating system that everything runs on.

    You could just install lmms in ubuntu if you don’t want to reinstall, but ubuntu studio includes a lot of extra stuff that might be useful. If you just want to make some music, install lmms, but if you want a full on media production studio, get ubuntu studio.

Im new to the world of Linux and wondering if someone can help? pleeese!!! i have just installed linux 9.04 & was wondering about this real time kernel thingy and see its on ubuntu studio shoukd i do i re-install to benifit from the media extras it offers or could i just download the software like lmms etc… oh what is a kernal? im a dumb ass i know!!

    nice drum sounds.. im gunna look into this in more detail .. im not so fussed about vst intruments as i am with effects and how to apply them cause ive heard nothing on them but your drums sounded well modded that is if you made them yourself
