ok i jailbroke my ipod last night using this method it worked great but then i turned it off for the night i woke up and turned it on and got no responce and my computer says its a unknown device help

hey i downloaded the redsnow and when i opened the folder there were no zip files or the .exe file? there was only 4 files, the read me, credits and license and then also a pineapple symbol the had redsn0w under it, what do i do????? please help! thx

its worked for everbody else and hes using 2.2.1
