		<description>Once you&#039;ve logged into the desktop you can do the following to create a new user:

- Go to K Menu -&gt; Settings -&gt; System Administration -&gt; User Management

- Click on Administrator Mode (Enter in your current password)

- Select New and proceed with creating the desired user-account. Close out when done.

- Open a Terminal (Shell) window? and tpye: kdesu konqueror

- Enter / as the location and Right-Click on the Home directory -&gt; Properties -&gt; Permissions and grant View/Modify to Group/Other</description>
