Auto Torrent RSS Part 3: Flexget Check & Test Run – Linux Mint 8

simulated the download process, without wrtitng flexget –test it check ur shit if is correct flexget –check creates database files (need to do this once) flexget –initdb now you can use just the command: $ flexget try it out and it will download the torrent files into the assigned folder

    yea i no i use that for a few years. Miro is a good viewer because of the unique features it has. But it is not a good downloader. And if u got like 50+ feeds like i did it doesnt do so well

    Your earlier comment about Miro being bloated is true. But it does do its job well. No need to worry about my disk filling up, etc… just run it and watch my fav shows.

    flexget is only for filtering options and downloads, dont think it can do anything else. But u can use Miro as ur viewer if u like to auto delete after u watch. Miro doesnt have any filtering options so thats why its rss feature is pretty much useless

    One question before you finish this series… does support expiration of downloads like Miro? i.e. the download getting deleted a set time after it has been watched or downloaded…
