I show you how to find and add 3rd Party PPA’s Software Sources and also how to Force Packages to downgrade to try to avoid regression bugs with newer versions. This is a follow up to my previous Screencast on Synaptic. This tutorial is applicable to Ubuntu Linux 9.04, 9.10, 10.04, 10.10 and all derivative OS’s.
