Play Windows Games on Linux

Linux Journal Gadget Guy Shawn Powers walks you through how to play Windows games on Linux.

Note, gtk-recordmydesktop chopped off the last 10 minutes for
some reason. So it’s a bit shorter than normal.. What was not
demonstrated was most everything else, like stunt mode which reminds me of “super dave osbourne” a comic stunt driver of the 80s,

And the other modes, such as event mode which reduces the race to a basic race tracks, some are crazy like the 4 knot one where if you are just off a little bit you go careening into another car without warning.. There is also a traditional demolition derby mode, where the last car standing wins.. Of course this game takes it to an extreme where the drivers cars blow up and you hear people screeming bloody murder.

The next game up from this called “Ultimate Carnage” I haven’t tried, but reviews say it is garbage on winehq, which means it doesn’t work yet. I may just get it anyhow..
