I’m a huge linux fan but i would have to disagree, and agree at the same time, most linux applications do not take the full power out of the graphics processor unit because as of yet they don’t have a linux dedicated high performance graphics cards, and the current ones are mainly directx of opengl native and linux cant use DirectX because microsoft copyrighted the software to windows. My point is if you run windows applications in linux they cant take control of many of the features of DirectX.
